Here’s your quick how to guide:
Once you have all the details of your event sorted, fill out the Expression of Interest application form. We’re happy to chat to you first if you’ve got questions or you’re not sure about the details, or if you’re thinking about using Pride HQ for a venue - so just drop us an email!
Please note that signing and returning this form does not immediately confirm your participation in the Festival. We may come back to you with questions, and will email you our decision within two weeks.
When you hear back from us that you’ve been approved - we’ll give you some guidance around promo images, and also give you a link so you can then upload those images to our shared Google drive.
We’ll include your event in our programme and website.
You’ll also promote your event through your own channels.
You run your event in 2027. Everyone has a great time!
