Circling Up 101

  • Pride HQ 28 Blair Street Wellington, Wellington Region, 6011 New Zealand (map)
a circle of men holding hands

Circling Up 101 is a small-group introduction to men’s circle practice for members of the rainbow community (18+) who identify as men – including cis and trans men – and others who experience themselves as masculine and feel this space is right for them.

In this 150-minute facilitated experience, participants practise guided listening, speak without interruption or advice-giving, and explore connection in a structured, consent-centred, and trauma-aware environment.

No prior experience is required. This is not therapy and not a debate space – it is a carefully held introduction to a different way of being together.
