Stallholder applications now open for OITC 2026

Application are open for stalls for Out in the City 2026, and we'd love to have you join us!

Out in the City 2026 will be held on Sunday March 15, 10am-4pm in Odlin’s Plaza. Set up will be from 7am, as we need to begin the stall set ups in stages due to lack of parking/drop off space.

This year we are skipping expressions of interest and going straight to applications. We will send out the first round of notifications for successful applications in December, and the fee will be due in February. We will keep applications open through to January or until all spaces are gone. As there are limited numbers of each stall type, we will contact you if your preferred type is not available.

Table grants

Wellington Pride offers a limited number of Table Grants, to help cover the price of a stall at OTIC for unrepresented parts of our community. The number we can offer depends on how much funding we get through other sources.

  • Table (2.4 m table, no cover): $200 or $175 for NFP
