EOIs for the 2026 festival are open now

Are you planning an event for Wellington Pride Festival 2026? Expressions of interest are open now!

Here’s your quick how to guide:

1. Once you have all the details of your event sorted, fill out the Expression of Interest application form.

2. When you hear back from us that you’ve been approved - we’ll get back to you within two weeks of your application - we’ll send you an agreement form for you to sign.

3. We’ll also give you a link so you can then upload your promo images to our shared Google drive.

4. We’ll include your event in our programme and website.

5. You run your event. Everyone has a great time!
