Get ready to show off your queer knowledge at The Cha(i)se in Lace — a drag quiz night packed with high-energy games, audience participation, and full-throttle performance. Our quiz is proudly LGBTQ+ themed, blending pop culture, community history, and playful pride trivia with interactive rounds and prizes to keep the room buzzing.

Leading the chaos is a London drag king, currently based in Wellington: semi-finalist of The Next Drag Superstar and chosen as the wild card for Drag Idol final in Brighton (a national competition in the UK), bringing sharp hosting, bold character, and plenty of wink-wink humour. Expect performances throughout the night, showcasing emerging local artists, plus a guest appearance (TBC).
